As a working mum of two, I know how hard it can be for women to navigate the world of fitness and nutrition with all of the other things we have going on.
I also know that being fit and strong is the most important thing we can do for ourselves as we age.
As an online fitness coach, let me show you how to start your fitness journey.

Like many women, I put on weight during my two pregnancies and lost my way with exercise, it took me until my youngest was three (six years after my first pregnancy!), to find the headspace to get back into shape - if you resonate with this, I can help you to do this NOW!
I achieved the results you can see here through online coaching. This consisted of bespoke nutrition advice, a strength-based workout programme, all combined with mindset support which has enabled me to maintain the changes I made to my lifestyle. I have taken back control of my body and never felt stronger or more confident in my ability to handle the challenges that come with getting older!
We'll have a call/online chat to fully understand where you are right now, where you want to get to and the challenges you are facing.

Gym or at home workouts designed to help you achieve your fitness goals in a way that works alongside your busy life, delivered via an app.
A regular online check in with me to review your progress, celebrate your successes and work through any challenges. Access to me via WhatsApp for ongoing support.
Through working with me you will learn the skills to maintain the healthy habits and mindset required to make this a lifestyle change and not a short term solution.
£160 per month
I ask for an initial 3 month sign up period (paid monthly) after which you can continue on a monthly basis.
Via your application form you can tell me all about your health goals and the challenges you have when it comes to achieving them.
You will receive a library of workouts to chose from and tailor so that they fit into your life - you can choose to workout from home or the gym. All home workouts are designed to be between 10 - 30 mins long

A weekly written check in with me will help to keep you on track for your goals!
As well as being able to ask me questions in the group, you will have a whole team of cheerleaders in my other clients, ready to help you out through their own experiences, or just cheer you on when you need it!

I’m a mum to two busy boys, Seb, 7, and Dylan, 5. I have to keep myself strong to keep up with them! I’m married to Huw and we live in St Albans. I love seeing my friends and family, holidays and awesome food and drink! I strength train at the gym 3-4 times a week and play netball at the weekends.
Last year I turned 40, left my corporate job selling amazing wine and decided to pursue my passion to help women feel their best through fitness and nutrition. I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Pre & Post-Natal Qualified and Certified Nutritionist.
